All items are available in a variety of colours, including the beads and ribbon, and are packaged in clear plastic boxes, except the rings which come in small organza bags.

Purchases can be made by cheque or postal order. Postage and packaging is £2.50. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise agreed, as most items are made to order.

Cancellation and Returns

This policy does not apply to any goods which have been made specifically to a customer's own specifications.

Otherwise, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail me or write to me at the address provided.

If you do cancel, you must return the goods to me at your own expense. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect them against possible damage.

If you fail to return the goods, I will take steps to collect them, and will charge you the direct cost of collection.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
